Acceptance of these Conditions
1.1. By engaging with Usturiun Luxury Travel for travel and travel-related services, including but not limited to information about travel destinations, cruise or flight schedules, accommodations, transportation, insurance, and other related services (collectively, “Services”), you, the Customer, acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Conditions”). Your request for any Services from Usturiun constitutes your acceptance of these Conditions and your agreement to be bound by them.
1.2. You are specifically directed to certain clauses within these Conditions that limit Usturiun’s liability and define the timeframe for any claims against Usturiun, particularly clauses 13, 14, and 15. It is important that you review these clauses carefully.
1.3. These Conditions are designed to comply with applicable laws within the United Arab Emirates. They are subject to these laws and should be read in conjunction with them. In the event of any conflict between these Conditions and the mandatory provisions of UAE law, the latter shall prevail. However, these Conditions will not limit any rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
By proceeding with any Services from Usturiun, you are confirming your understanding and acceptance of these Conditions.
Agency and Travel Information
2.1. Usturiun Luxury Travel acts solely as an agent. By engaging Usturiun’s services, you, the Customer, expressly authorize Usturiun to enter into contracts on your behalf as necessary to fulfill your travel requirements as per your instructions. It is important to note that Usturiun’s role is to facilitate your travel arrangements by establishing contracts with third-party service providers, thereby creating a direct contractual relationship between you and these third parties. Usturiun is not liable for the acts, omissions, or services provided by these third parties. While Usturiun endeavors to select reputable service providers, it does not guarantee or warrant their standards or the accuracy of the information provided by them.
2.2. All travel bookings made by Usturiun on your behalf are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the third-party service providers. You acknowledge that, except as expressly stated in these Conditions, any claims related to the services provided should be directed to the relevant third-party service providers. Usturiun can provide copies of these third-party terms and conditions upon request.
2.3. The travel information provided by Usturiun, including but not limited to information about destinations, itineraries, and schedules, is based on information supplied by third-party service providers. Usturiun accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information provided by these third parties. It is recommended that you verify all such information with the respective third-party service providers.
2.4. Information regarding COVID-19 travel restrictions and requirements is provided as a courtesy to assist you in understanding and complying with various travel regulations. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to verify and comply with all COVID-19 related travel requirements for your journey. Usturiun Luxury Travel will offer guidance but cannot be held responsible for any impact on your travel plans due to non-compliance with these requirements. For the most up-to-date information on travel restrictions, please refer to the relevant official travel advisory websites.
Prices
3.1. Prices quoted for travel bookings are subject to change and are not guaranteed until full payment has been received. Usturiun Luxury Travel endeavors to provide the most accurate and up-to-date pricing information; however, prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. Price changes may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, and fare increases. For the most current pricing, please contact Usturiun Luxury Travel.
3.2. All quoted prices are payable in the currency in which they were quoted. Be aware that currency conversion rates can fluctuate, and any foreign exchange fees applied are determined by your credit card company or financial institution.
3.3. Usturiun Luxury Travel acts as an agent and, except for its own fees, all monies received in respect of the Services are on behalf of third-party service providers. In the event a service provider is unable to provide the contracted services, your remedy lies against that provider, not Usturiun. In cases of credit card payments, you agree not to seek chargebacks or recoveries for amounts paid where the services have been duly contracted and provided.
Passports, Visas, and Travel Documentation and Standards
4.1. It is the responsibility of all travelers to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other required documentation for their journey. Many countries require passports to have at least six months of validity from the date of return, and some require machine-readable passports. The Customer is responsible for ensuring all travelers’ documentation is in order and agrees to provide personal information for immigration and security purposes.
4.2. Usturiun Luxury Travel will assist with international travel bookings under the assumption that all travelers have valid documentation. If this is not the case, it is the Customer’s responsibility to inform Usturiun promptly.
4.3. The Customer is responsible for verifying passport, visa, and health requirements. Usturiun will provide information in good faith but the final responsibility for ensuring documentation is correct lies with the Customer and individual travelers. Any fines or penalties incurred due to inadequate or incorrect documentation will be the responsibility of the Customer.
4.4. Usturiun Luxury Travel is not responsible for the accuracy of information regarding travel documentation requirements. It is recommended that travelers verify these requirements close to their travel dates.
Travel Insurance
5.1. Usturiun Luxury Travel strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover their travel arrangements. This insurance should provide adequate coverage for medical expenses, personal accidents, loss of baggage, and trip cancellation or curtailment.
5.2. Travel insurance is particularly important for overseas travel and can provide peace of mind in the event of unforeseen circumstances. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all travelers have adequate insurance coverage for their journey.
5.3. Usturiun Luxury Travel can assist in providing information about travel insurance options and facilitate the purchase of suitable travel insurance policies. However, the decision to purchase travel insurance and the choice of insurer and policy are the responsibility of the Customer.
Health and Vaccinations
6.1. Travelers must be aware of and comply with health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to their travel destinations. This includes carrying all necessary vaccination documentation. In some cases, international health certificates are required, and failure to present these documents may result in denied entry to a country.
6.2. Usturiun Luxury Travel advises travelers to consult with their local doctor, travel medical center, or specialist vaccination clinic before commencing travel. General health advice for specific destinations is available from relevant government health websites. However, the final responsibility for ensuring all health and vaccination requirements are met lies with the Customer and individual travelers.
6.3. Some countries may also require travelers to have an international driver’s permit and/or proof of international insurance. It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain and carry these documents where necessary.
Amendment and Cancellation Fees
7.1. Cancellations or amendments to bookings may incur charges from third-party service providers. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Additional fees may also apply for changes to bookings and when tickets or documents are re-issued.
7.2. Where Usturiun Luxury Travel incurs any liability for a supplier cancellation fee or charges for any booking canceled or changed by the Customer, the Customer agrees to indemnify Usturiun for those fees or charges.
7.3. In the event of a cancellation of a cruise, tour, or land booking, an administrative fee of $100 (plus applicable taxes) per booking will be assessed by Usturiun Luxury Travel, in addition to any penalties imposed by cruise lines, airlines, or tour operators.
Taxes and Other Charges
8.1. Cruise lines or other suppliers may reserve the right to collect increases in taxes or port charges even after the fare has been paid in full. If such increases occur, Usturiun Luxury Travel is responsible for collecting these increases on behalf of the cruise line or supplier.
8.2. Cruise lines also reserve the right to change itineraries or ports of call as they deem necessary. Any changes to the itinerary or ports will be communicated as soon as possible.
8.3. Local taxes or surcharges may be charged at some airports and are payable by the traveler. These are beyond the control of Usturiun Luxury Travel and are the responsibility of the individual traveler.
Flight Schedule Changes for Cruise
9.1. Usturiun Luxury Travel does not select or control air flights, times, seat selection, or carriers included in all-inclusive air/sea packages. Flight schedules are determined solely by the respective cruise line. Usturiun has no control over whether flights are non-stop, require connecting flights, or necessitate an overnight stay.
9.2. If you have specific requirements concerning your flights, we recommend discussing an “air deviation request” with your Usturiun consultant. This request may involve a non-refundable extra charge by the cruise line. Alternatively, you may choose a “cruise-only” package and make separate air arrangements.
Usturiun Fees, Payment, and Expenses
10.1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Usturiun’s fees are included in the prices quoted to the Customer and will be detailed in invoices or receipts provided. If Usturiun agrees to grant credit to a Customer, any amounts payable under any agreement between Usturiun and the Customer are due within seven days of the date of Usturiun’s invoice.
10.2. Additional airport, hotel, car rental fees, and government taxes (other than sales tax) may not be included in your purchase and are often collected at the destination. Seat selection on flights may also incur additional fees.
10.3. All airfares and tour/cruise operator rates are subject to change if full payment has not been received. Usturiun does not guarantee that prices will remain unchanged until booking is paid in full. Any increase must be borne and paid for upon demand by the Customer.
10.4. All amenities and/or credits offered by Usturiun are applicable only if travel is fully completed on arrangements where they were offered. Voluntary cancellation or cancellation/suspension by a travel supplier will result in the forfeiture of all amenities and/or credits offered.
Force Majeure
11.1. Usturiun Luxury Travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Usturiun. Such causes include, but are not limited to: severe weather, acts of God, power outages, global pandemics, governmental actions, war, terrorism, strikes, and other industrial disputes, or any other force majeure event.
11.2. In the event of a force majeure situation, Usturiun will endeavor to notify the Customer as soon as reasonably possible, detailing the nature of the force majeure event and any potential impact on travel services.
11.3. Where a force majeure event occurs, Usturiun’s obligations under these Terms and Conditions will be suspended for the duration of the event. Where the event affects the delivery of services to the Customer, Usturiun will provide options for alternative arrangements or rescheduling where possible.
Liability and Limitations
12.1. Usturiun Luxury Travel acts solely as an agent for various third-party service providers. Therefore, Usturiun is not liable for any acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
12.2. Usturiun’s liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the extent permissible under applicable law. Usturiun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.
12.3. In cases where Usturiun is found liable for any loss or damage that arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of our services or third-party services, Usturiun’s liability shall in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the transaction fees paid to Usturiun for the transaction(s) on this website giving rise to the claim, or (b) One Hundred United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED 100).
Time Limitation
13.1. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of our services or these Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary. In the event any such claim or cause of action is not filed within such one (1) year period, such claim or cause of action are forever barred.
13.2. The limitation period for bringing any claim against Usturiun Luxury Travel is subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates and may vary depending on the nature of the claim and the involved parties.
Privacy Policy
14.1. Usturiun Luxury Travel is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information. The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by Usturiun Luxury Travel are governed by the UAE’s data protection laws.
14.2. Personal information collected may include contact details, financial information, and other necessary data to facilitate travel arrangements. This information will be used solely for the purpose of providing the services requested and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
14.3. Usturiun Luxury Travel implements appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.
14.4. By providing personal information to Usturiun Luxury Travel, customers consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information as outlined in this policy.

Liability and Limitations
12.1. Limitation of Liability: Usturiun Luxury Travel acts solely as an intermediary between customers and travel service providers. Therefore, Usturiun is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, the use of travel services arranged through us, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, or loss of enjoyment.
12.2. Service Provider Reliance: Customers acknowledge that Usturiun relies on the information provided by third-party service providers and accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by them.
12.3. Maximum Liability: In the event of any liability incurred by Usturiun Luxury Travel, such liability shall be limited to the total cost paid by the customer for the travel services in question.
Time Limitation
13.1. Claim Period: Any claim or legal action arising out of or related to the travel services provided by Usturiun Luxury Travel must be filed within one (1) year after the completion of the travel service in question. Failure to file within this period will result in the permanent barring of the claim.
13.2. Applicable Law: The time limitation for filing claims shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any variation to this limitation period must comply with applicable local laws.
